Foothill Blvd. in Pasadena, as pictured in a Google Street View image.Pasadena-based engineering and consulting firm Tetra Tech Inc. has acquired another firm based in the District of Columbia to help in expanding its international development practice, the company announced Wednesday.“[The] Kaizen [Company] is an industry leader in development advisory and management consulting services with more than 150 staff globally, offering a suite of innovative tools that support advanced solutions in health, education, governance, peace and stability, and sustainable economic growth,” Tetra Tech said in a written statement.Kaizen will now operate under Tetra Tech’s Government Services Group, representatives said.
