first_img Previous articleFunding for new Cleary Centre build included in HSE Capital budgetNext articleHorgan to meet again with Finn Harps board later this week News Highland Important message for people attending LUH’s INR clinic Google+ An investigation is continuing following the theft of a rucksack from a car in Letterkenny.The incident happened yesterday afternoon near the bus station in the town.It’s understood that the rucksack belonged to a young woman who was about to embark on a trip to Canada.The woman and her family went to a nearby restaurant before her bus was scheduled to arrive.Upon return to their car they discovered that the rucksack had been stolen.A passport and a purse containing cash, bank cards, and driving licence was in the rucksack.After searching for some time, the rucksack was later discovered along with the passport but the rest of the items had been taken.Gardai are reviewing CCTV in the area and are urging anyone who may have witnessed anybody acting suspiciously to contact them at Letterkenny Garda Station.
